Additional fees may be assessed for the following:

• Additional Sound Equipment for Very Large Facility

• Travel in Excess of 50 Miles of Indianapolis

• Venue requires LESS Setup/Tear Down time

• Setup/Tear Down MUST be performed more than 90 minutes before/after event

• Equipment MUST be carried up/down stairs or lifted to stage to reach the setup area (no ramps or elevator available)

• Overnight Accommodations
